Are you sure you're not talking about us, Gerald? No, not you. Absolutely not. I was just expressing my disappointment with the witnesses both sides are calling in the antitrust trial, and especially with Microsoft. I'm just absolutely flabbergasted that they are recalling Schmalensee. I guess they want to remind the judge how bad his expert testimony really was. but what's wrong with it? They are bringing a civil antitrust case, the point of which ostensibly is not to punish, but to correct a market failure by either breaking up the company or regulating its conduct.
