.Trev - Agreed. Even if the previous relationship was informal and based on handshake types of deals they should have crossed all t's and dotted all i's. This doesn't mean though that ABZ will lose in court. Personally I think it's a toss-up (mostly because I have no inside info.) and will most likely be settled with both sides claiming victory.
