Hello Blake, Here is an old news release recovered from the EXSO-holics Deep-Six Archives(smells fishy and damp):

LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 13, 1998--Consolidated Eco-Systems,
Inc. (OTC: EXSO) ("ConEco") announced today that it had commenced litigation
against its former Chief Financial Officer, Edward M. Penick, Jr. The
litigation stems seeks to recover certain computers and computer equipment
removed from the Company premises in Little Rock, Arkansas on the date of
Mr. Penick's separation from the Company.
The Company has indicated that the data on at least one of the computers is
essential to complete the 1997 year end audit of the books, accounts, and
records that Mr. Penick was responsible for overseeing as Chief Financial
Officer. Although the Company has demanded that Mr. Penick return the
computer equipment or allow the Company to copy the data on the computers,
Mr. Penick has not returned the computers or allowed the data to be copied.
