Another way to put it is why would an all-powerful god, who created the Earth and it's laws of nature and weather, kill people with tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc. The victims seem to be randomly selected. The survivors seem to think that they are special because they were saved. They soon gather at church to give thanks for being spared. What about the dead? Did the unworthy only die? Presumably an all-omniscient, all-powerful god would know in advance who was to die and live, and be injured. So of what value are the prayers of those begging to be saved? Are only those who pray devoutly saved, while those that don't pray are killed? What about innocent children? Anybody got answers? Del
