Wally- AmSouth looks safe, love that PE ratio. No personal knowledge other than bad experience as a customer w/FAM- I sold almost everything(sept ICOM) in anticipation of the bottom falling out for the y2k crap. It's the only way I'll have a good chunk of cash for buying frenzy. If it does'nt happen I'm going with APU for the dividend(screw it...) I don't miss the "biz" but the music never stops in my head, it's a curse- jh
