Your outstanding share count for 12/31/98 is correct. I was thinking that total was 76 million, a figure that does appear on the front of the 12/31/98 10KSB, but the effective date was 3/30/99. My error. While I am at it, I apologize for my angry tone. For over a year I have defended the right of negative posters such as yourself to post on this thread.
