Zeev, I read every post on this thread. On several occasions, people have called the transfer agent and have reported the number of outstanding shares. This is painful to read. Those numbers stick in my mind. Then TSIG publishes an SEC document, and I read that the outstanding shares are much less--somewhere between 15 and 17 million shares for the same effective date. I figured the company was counting shares differently from the transfer agent. Paul Henry provided the particulars this afternoon (detailed in 2 previous posts). So it appears that you and I are going to have to meet in the middle. Since 12/31/98, outstanding shares have increased by about 15 million (65 to 80)--not 30 million (65 to 95). Regards, Suzanne
