i own some nuke based purely on the way the chart looked a couple of days ago, and i agree it's being accumulated. i also think that what they have to say about their technology is interesting although i have no idea if it has any practical application whatsoever.

but where does the barron's rumor come from and is there more to it than a post from a guy who heard something about a company whose name he can't remember?
