Sparky. Hayes just bought Cardinal Technologies yesterday, and stated that they are looking for more more acquisitions. At $7 7/8, Boca could be a good target. The P/E ratios I used in the above post were extracted from Nelson's. The average Estimate for FY12/97 is $0.56, and for FY12/98 it is $1.02. I don't know if they will be accurate or not.

I think the news about Hayes buying Cardinal is another good reason for BOCI to trade higher.
