Apparently the conversion process is still in process - mine have not yet shown as converted in my ETrade account either. I have some shares in the new company through a private placement and began receiving certificates yesterday --- so it would appear that the Transfer Agent is working on both the private placement certificates as well as the conversion of shares from the former Avalon Group. Remember, for the time being it really doesn't matter, as all of the shares are currently within a privately held company (Appropriate Health Services.com, Inc.) which doesn't trade publicly. Offie
