KHS, RE: POTS Yes the POTS stuff is dead. The big growth is all digital data wether its voice,data,video etc. If you look where Lu and NT are going and growing its in this area. My suspicion is that Intel will attempt to own a complete piece of the whole pie. From a fiber optic back plane network ( as evidenced by its recent investments Williams???) to the CTI space - with DLGC to the big switches and routers (TBD) connecting to big servers(in house). A DSP and Analog acquisition/partner may also be on the cards IMHO (Analog Devices would be a perfect fit). I suspect that they have figured that yr 2010 is a billion connected computers and they want a significant piece of the pie. Regards, Kash Johal
