- You say Storage Components is the segment doing well. Well interesting. In a Corrigan interview on 20 April 1999, of the Wichita Kansas Storage _______ (you fill in the blanks), he said it was 'doing very well actually'. And no the blank is not Storage Components. Again Metastor. Again EMC doing better than 30% growth. Do YOU understand the 2 storage segments? Get it idiot? One at an average of 15% (COMPONENTS) and one at an average of 30% (SYSTEMS).

I will respond to your most recent silliness in another post, but the above little ditty further demonstrates that you are marching to your own drum. I am a fan of LSI, but analogizing their Storage Systems Division to EMC is really beyond the far edges of goofy. EMC's price to sales ratio is 11 to 1, which using your figures of $150 million in annual sales for the (what you now know is) the Systems Division would give that division alone a value of $1.65 billion. There is no chance that this is even remotely the value of this division. A more appropriate analogy might be Seagate, because it darn sure isn't EMC

Moreover, you are absolutely wrong when you write that it is the Systems Division that is outshining all of the other LSI divisions. That is another fact that you have made out of whole cloth. You simply do not know the facts. It is clearly and unquestionably the Storage Components Division that is the best performing division (percentage wise) among the six divisions.

Where do you get your facts Shane? Show me one single source that backs up your claim that LSI's System storage is the best performing (percentage wise) of the six divisions. Is it in some polynomial or in your imagination? Are you deliberately misrepresenting the facts?

Now my question of you is what do you call a person who has labelled the person with the correct facts an idiot? This thread isn't the one you led a 15 months ago where you could make up your facts as you went along. It's time to get caught up and really learn your facts.
