I guess my broker does but it doesn't matter. I was talking about what it costs to create another Abacus from scratch. They are worth as shells, as you suggest, about $200,000 but that is after the insiders have blown off all their one cent stock which is the primary motivation to start these monsters. I was talking about replacement value not shell value. No promoter would form one of these companies and sell out for a paltry $200k! That means they have to sell the control block at 1 or 2 cents per share. They would be shamed forever in the community of rogues! Promoters purgatory for the one cent deal, forever! No lawyer would help them! As Boy George, the consummate promoter says, "I'll tumble for you."

Abacus seems to have better management than most and it may survive. But, we have seen bear markets before, and it could trade at 3 cents as there's nothing special about it. Are the insiders buying? How much do they still own? Is the one cent special over?
