I've been calculating some numbers, and this has the potential to be TREMENDOUS. The information from Amy confirms my research. The following numbers are hypothetical, but I believe quite reasonable:

As a NASDAQ IPO with major players as the underwriters, GoProfit should easily IPO at $20 to $40 given my understanding of the relatively small number of shares (about 2 million I am told)in the IPO. If the dividend is 10:1 (7:1 or even 5:1 is possible and would of course be even better for DDEQ shareholders) and assuming DDEQ retains a major stake in GoProfit.com, DDEQ shareholders should see the price of DDEQ hit $10 to $20 fairly easily. If GoProfit.com's site is well received by the Public, then hold on to your hats (and shares) because the demand for GoProfit.com will be significant and the value of DDEQ shares will be even higher.

In short, DDEQ appears to me to be a rare opportunity to get into a company like GoProfit.com at the ground level. These opportunities don't come along very often for the average investor.
