Just posted that info. so MDMI will get moving with the 10k so MDMI stock holders don't have to worry latter. The fact is it may or may not file. So the number 1 issue should be to get management to get the 10k out early. What good is new customers to the stock holders if the stock is no longer traded? When the 10k does come out I will buy more MDMI shares by the boat load.
