I never really panic when I hear that insiders are selling especially in a company like Qwest. Just my opinion.

Here's why -

- Look at the run Qwest has had. From Feb 1999 to May 1999 it ran from approx $22 - 52.

- Like most investors, we hate to see profits slip and that is what is happening. So I don't find it unusual that insiders would want to lock in some profits in this unpredictable market.

- Plus, most insiders probably had filed to sell when Qwest was headed to 52. I'm sure they thought that QWST would be 80 when they were ready to sell.

- Also, many times insiders sell stock to generate capital to start new ventures.

- And sometimes its to diversify their portfolio.

- And most off all, people love cash. Maybe it was time for a new car or home in Aspen.

So, I'm not worried about QWST - its GMGC that worries me. lol

It looks like most of the sellers are out of GMGC. Have you seen the the huge bids? It strikes me odd, especially for GMGC, when I see an MM bidding for 20,000 shares.
