Because a 144 filing is not a sale of stock. It is an automatic event that occurs after restriction period is lifted. A Form 4 filing represents an actual sale. There are no Form 4s for SETO shown. I highly doubt Pian and family would be selling stock at these leves in any kind of quantity. When it occurs, it would be the FIRST sale. TG
