BB, IMO The patent is not the issue, being first to market is. Is everyone here hellbent on creating another buying opportunity??? I for one would, maybe the only one would like to see 40 hold. Yahoo is up a point on Instinet, maybe I won't really get hammered today. Regards, Rob
