Robert, the shareholders must become activists. There's no point in talking to the Arizona Dept. of Mines and Mineral Resources or to Nyal Niemuth, we have to go to the top. I urge everyone to either email the Governor at

state.az.us

or to call J.Fife Symington Governor of the State of Arizona at
602-542-4331 or Fax 602-542-7601.

If everyone here could get in touch with the Governor's office by one means or another, we could have an impact on what the Arizona Dept. of Mines and Mineral Resources may or may not say in the future. Don't delay do it right now the sooner the better!!

Thanks John
