sure Greg,nonetheless Qcom's correlator filter process is central to it's design greg. NOK's announcement today makes Q's ASICs more useable, but still Q must alter processes for 3g, no small feat. all 3G designs are built on matched filter processes for high speed data transfer. correlator filter is inferior; they can kiss all they want but if their technology in the end is inferior, the amount of IPR allocated to Q in 3g becomes less.
