To anyone that can help:

I posted the following questions about the new HAUP WIN-TV board on MF yesterday, but didn't get any replies. Any helpful information would be appreciated:

Can anyone that has purchased the HAUP/WAVE Win-TV board tell me if any software comes with the HAUP portion of the combo pack, rather than the with WAVX portion? I am particularly interested to find out if they have a VBI data conversion program or any other data recovery program to handle data from analog TV broadcasts or other broadcasts. I am also interested to find out whether the printed matter that HAUP themselves pack with the board indicates what other non-TV-viewing services the board itself might be useful for in the near term, and whether the HAUP manual appears to have been written with much reference to the fact that their product contains the Wave chip.

In trying to think about who or what HAUP may be intended to be partnering with immediately, does anyone know of any data transmission services other than VBI or FM sub-carrier or Internet that might be compatible with or immediately useable with the Analog HAUP/Wave combination?

I apologize and am somewhat embarrassed for asking, but both my office and home computers (ancient Pentium 100's) have all their slots full and I'm going to have to wait for new machine purchase time to get myself a Win-TV board.

TIA

Steve
