Nice to see you again, MakeMoney, and I'm glad you made some money in Andersonville! Spoke with Leon Kline (President) this morning. He said that ACPT filed their Form 10-SB to become a "reporting company" last month, which is good news. Also, the number of shares outstanding is 21,710,398, and the estimated public float is under a million.
