In my opinion, if you're a member, you get free-trading cheap shares in private placements of certain companies and then your vice-president will promote the company without disclosing these cheap shares and do public float counts without including these unrestricted shares in the total. At least that's what I've been able to figure out so far and nobody has tried to prove me wrong yet. Of course some will argue that there is nothing wrong with private placements other than the fact that most of them go unreported and they torch, in one way or another, the fools who come after, like me.

Don't get me wrong here, I could care less about the money, I have enough of that, its just those damn legalities, ethics and moralities that stick in my craw. When you question this practice, attempts are made to discredit you on message boards by hero worshippers, club members who have not revealed themselves as such or by arms-length investors who fear the consequences of negativism on their stock's message board. Of course at this point you don't really care as you know that there are none who are so blind as those that will not see and you stay the course.

BTW, you could probably join the club next week at the Vegas Money Show. Price of admission is not known to me but you should be prepared to surrender your soul. I've heard EVDS just did one of those really nifty floorless convertible deals with someone, don't know who, so you may have missed that particular opportunity but tomorrow's another day and management is invited.
