Planet City Names Software Services Manager
SEDONA, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 3, 1999--Planet City (OTC BB: PINC) announced today that Mr. Mark Mandel has joined the company as Software Services Manager.

Terry Dennis, President and CEO of Planet City, said ''Our Software Services Division will provide consulting services in support of products we develop ourselves, as well as support for products we license from our growing list of business partners. Our growth plans rely heavily on a well-staffed and well-organized group. Mark is a good fit for this position because he has relevant technical expertise and fine customer relationship management skills gained during several years of involvement with successful software and services companies.''

Mr. Mandel will be responsible for staffing and managing the Planet City Software Services Division, and will be a key player in the success of Planet City's overall rapid growth campaign. Additionally, he will have the responsibility of ensuring the quality and responsiveness of Planet City's Customer and Product Support groups.

His prior work experience includes Greyhound (NYSE: LDW - news), First National Bank of Arizona, Capex Corp., Computer Associates (NYSE: CA - news), and Viasoft (Nasdaq: VIAS - news). His most recent employment was with Techforce/COSMOS in Phoenix, AZ where he served as Development Director.
