Tales from Hicksville, and other winners.

pacificsunwear.com

>>We asked, "What would keep you from the mall... why would you shop PacSun Online?" and received a ton of entries. The results are in and here are the six winners and their winning entries.<<

SETH GRAY, Malvern AR, Age 19
"Well, its like this. I live in the most hillbilly state in America, Arkansas. Someone was obviously listening to my prayers when a PacSun store opened in the mall in Little Rock. I practically lived there for a while, until they had to go and shut the store down because the hillbillies don't realize good clothes when they see them. So the only thing that would keep me from the mall would be the fact that we don't have a PacSun around here. The nearest one is about five hours away. I dream of a day when they will put another one in our beautiful hick-ridden mall." (a funny one <g>)

ALICIA GARRISON, San Jose CA, Age 16
"I don't have my license yet, but I have a credit card. Need I say more?" (lucky sh*t..... and to think I worked my way through college, two jobs and a double major....sheesh)

SARAH HOLT (I think Sarah Holt was a plant)

SKYLAR LONIDIER, Slaughter LA, Age 14
"Hi my name is Skylar Lonidier. I love PacSun......So please, please I beg on my knees, let me be the first to shop PacSun online!" (hahaha.....OK, you win!)

VAL RICKMAN, Springfield VA, Age 14
"Last time when I was at the mall, unfortunately I came across a mob of peppy Spice Girl wanna-be seventh graders. I was in the totally awesome PacSun store checkin out some board shorts that I knew I had to get. I thought the "spice girls" were going to pass and everything would be fine, but sadly enough, they came in, and there I was, drooling over these board shorts and these... girls... were standing next to me talking about nothing but how the Backstreet Boys and N'Sync will one day rule the world. I panicked, I didn't know what to do, but I knew I had to leave soon. Because of the real life nightmare I was encountering right then, I sadly enough forgot about the board shorts and ran out of the store to find my ride home. Because of my recent "incident" at the mall, I am not able to return, in fear that I will run into another mob of spice girl wanna-be's. Thank God for the new Pacific Sunwear online store... I can now get my board shorts without having to worry about spice girls coming and ruining my shopping spree!" (future writer for sure!)
