All, One thing that INTC's suit will do for sure is that it will add uncertainty to any OEM maker if they choose K6. It is a very smart move on the part of INTC, I don't think this thread has fully appreciated the significance of this move. IF this can delay K6 acceptance by a 3 to 6 month time frame, K6 may very well be Dead on Arrival...... IMHO -H.P.
