Now that you have vented, do you feel better? You are NOT the only one calling for changes, however nature tends to take its course sooner than you think. There is a time and place for everything, especially with the $10 million coming soon. I have the utmost confidence in Rich Belzer, Doug Hermanson and Cal Nelson to deliver us a next generation switch that does all 3 classes ( and arbitrated loop ) at a phenomenal price point. This coupled with the new market development programs and the pending deals in the hopper should deliver $15 - 20+ million revenues this year and set us up for an even more explosive 1998. If you check out the backgrounds of these three executives, their past experience with well regarded companies, their industry reputations, past accomplishments and abilities speak for themselves. They are not the problem and are the people who have been forcing positive change within the Company.Tim Donaldson unfortunately could not resist the evil emperor and was eventually turned to the Dark Side<g>. I see very positive events on the near horizon, especially with the $10 million cash infusion. Even in a worst case scenerio of having to sell the Company, this Company's intellectual property, technology and installed base are worth far more than today's closing price.
Calling for everyone's head at this point, while it feels good, accomplishes little. The Board of Directors are not happy.
