It took me almost a month to respond because ABMI took that long to get their 10-K out. I reviewed it pretty quickly but I see nothing to get interested about as an investor. So what if they will get $1.0 million - they have run through multimillions of dollars since about 1996 and have accomplished nothing. In addition from past comments on this site we didn't have a company like Intratherapeutics in mind when it came to ABMI technology. Maybe the Company itself sums it up best in the 10-K......."future success does not depend solely on its patents, but rather depends, to a significant extent, upon the technical competence and creative skills of its personnel, the execution of its strategic plan, and on its significant unpatented proprietary technology." Its obvious to me that the Company must not have thought too much of their patents. In my opinion Rash sold out so he could be employed a bit longer. As for his creative skills and the execution of the strategic plan, if the Company's success depends on that I'll wallpaper the garage with my shares.

Also where are Jeff Hencken and Brenda Greer now?
