Ken, I think others have responded as I would have already. T is very well positioned in the local market. They can offer more bandwidth, have control over their own "standards" destiny, and with the cable acquisitions are aleady structured for service based pricing models. Once they add voice to the cable offering the LEC's will be in a world of hurt unless the get their collective multiservice over DSL acts together. It's gonna get fun, but one thing is for sure - AT&T will not bomb. OG
