To "Cabernetfranck". Yep - that's it!! Good job. however - i STILL do NOT believe (IMO) that it is any kind of a "big" deal. (IOW) "it" will NOT stop me from becoming reinvested in this company - which i am most definitely planning on doing today. remember - we are talking about a "micro-cap" company here. i just never really get too "hung-up" over if these kind of companies are "reporting" or "non-reporting". i have always found it to be a lot more "beneficial" (profitable) to simply concentrate of WHY the company is not yet a fully reporting company - or an audited company - or not yet listed on the NASDAQ. most of the time it is simply because the company is just too small (development stage) and/or the company is just too "new" to have had the time to do all of this "accounting" type stuff. anyway - that is what i believe is going on with ACPT and i am NOT - personally - going to really worry about this "E" thing very much. "OVER-ALL" i believe that ACPT most definitely has enough very solid FUTURE prospects and potential to make me a LOT (more) money via reinvesting in the company and that is exactly why i intend to do so. take care.
