HP, totally agree. I think of the lawsuit as "insurance" against any major defections from the INTEL camp. AMD has gotten so much press lately with the K6, that Intel wanted to bring them down to earth. timing is perfect since AMD is scambling to get as many oems lined up for early april. also attorney fees will not be welcomed by a company who will probably report another loss this quarter. perfect strategy. I too am waiting until I sense a short-term bottom. When I sense it, i'm going in strong, since I believe more than ever that $200 by Jan. 1 is a given. People are saying that Intel must be worried and in trouble if they file this law suit. Well, isn't "paranoia" Andy's middle name :) joey
