**OT** The financial model looks like a real loser and soon. With all due respect, Kenneth, I'd rather defer to T's own financial people on whether this model is workable. If there's one thing the tech/telecom market teaches us, it's that big changes can equal big profits. I suspect we all need to start thinking differently (thanks, Steve) about how this deal may work.
