It is yet to be seen whether MRL will complete and deliver the rig by the deadline. They say they will and Exxon's attorney's are doing what attorney's do -- figuring a way to weasel out of the contract. I think if its delivered complete, that's the deal. Like buying a car: you make the purchase, drive it home, and find out it has an oil leak. The dealer fixes the leak, but you keep the car and drive it. Or it needs to be recalled later. You don't get your money back, they fix the problem, and you still own the car. Ditto Exxon. Good luck to Marine Drilling. Rose
