Jim: What with the uncertainty about how long my lifetime membership in SI really is going to last, I think it's good to take advantage of the alternative systems. LOL!

I use Raging Bull more now, since I've found there's info there that isn't here. Not sure why that is, but some boards are better there. I haven't looked at the Pixar board on Yahoo but use a few of the Yahoo clubs. For some reason the SWY board and now club, on Yahoo has always been great but that stock thread is totally dead here on SI. I think it's probably because of the membership fee on SI, which is a deterrant. A lot of SWY stockholders and stock traders are employees in SWY.

Anyway, I have been referred to still more stock boards but I haven't been using them. I really don't have time for it, and if I didn't feel that SI was a chronic uncertainty I'd never even bother with other boards. SI has been home base for so long. Which other ones do you like and why do you use them?

As for PIXR and DIS, the box office take is public knowledge, so I don't think they could screw around too much on that. It's always being announced somewhere and ABL has been making a lot of money internationally as well as nationally. So how could DIS fudge on the box office? Inflating their costs would only backfire on DIS, wouldn't it? We'd find out and not renew our contract. They need Pixar. How many hits would DIS have if it weren't for Pixar? They'd better play nicely or we'll take our toys and leave. :)

Steve Jobs always likes to have good news to announce, so I think you're right that they are waiting for good news. SO AM I!!!!
