Do you know what you are buying there William? The old computer literacy.... in the past they differentiated themselves by events such as Bill Joy lectures etc. They sell books in-house at Cisco and Apple. Their value proposition is the personal aspect, its about as far away from an e-tailer as you can get. JMO
