Eskimo Pie, more information....

The also sell their products under the Snack Well's, Welch's, Real Fruit, Weight Watcher's and Oreo brand names.

Canadian based Yogen Fruz owns about 650,000 shares and rumors circulate that Yogen will pickup EPIE, but Yogen's recent acquisition of Honey Hills has mitigated this rumor along with another rumor that Yogen offered EPIE management about $13 a share and turned it down.

Also, it appears EPIE is having trouble digesting their numerous recent acquisitions and the disappointing Q1 earnings report was perceived as a reflection of this and led to tumble of $15/share to it's current range of around $9.

In the past 5 years, they have traded as high as around $20/share and as low as $5-6/share.

That is my DD for now, and just my opinion.

Jon :)
