Hiya Heinz.. rarely Hb do stocks go up forever<g>... as for that thread, hey they must have been long and it was tanking??? i don't think you have thought out this internet thing...and as for CMGI in particular, i feel it's more than just another net stock... number's would prove that out as well for AOL....a premier regular company that will be one of the largest and best big cap stocks anywhere Hienz... so while we have to accept volitility in any stock/sector from time to time...we also have to be invested for our future... and the future is very very bright for the internet in general... i predict in less than 5 years HB...every major and minor company will be doing more business on the net than they ever could think of doing in bricks and mortar stores.. remember..when you hang your shingle out for business on the WWEB...your doing business in an instant with the entire world...not some corner neighborhood in some city somewhere.. this is instant business, and if your sites good and product sells...well the rest will be history...unimagined wealth Hienz...not even possible to fathom... so if your short term oriented..well..then you have to deal with this up/down market..if your a buy and hold guy..then you'll be rich... 5 years HB...just 5...we will not be able to recognize the internet as it is today...some amazing innovations are coming...incredible people of vision... No Hienz...not everyone believes like i do..but imo..it's their loss... my regards to you..Jerry
