Well you would have to see it to believe it, but like when the market starts to fall the brokers get very very busy, shorts have to have a broker ok the shares, and when they can't even answer half the phone calls they won't even look twice at a limit short, they just can't do it and stay half way caught up, if the market slows or is moving up they may take the time to find the shares, most all my shorts are placed at market..( but not the covers ) I have seen what they are up against. Jim
