I think it is rather strange that Tilton has two companies which appear to have similar focus (food and beverage). Has there ever been any discussion about merging these two or CHIF buying GMCH. With the advent of TIPS, Tilton must find it difficult to manage that many companies, particularly when two of them could develop so many synergies and efficiencies if amalgamated.
