I hope it's fertile. It has good tilth, if that's what you call it. Friable. Good texture. No weed seeds. It's got a lot of something shiny in it, looks like silvery metal but it's not metallic. Mica, I think. After I made the bed, my hands were silvery and shiny. I sat on my leather chair for a while, and when I got up, the seat had a pile of silvery grains, like fairy dust.
