Thanks for your post, Frank. The bottom line is that ACPT has done the filing and has completed their audit, unlike the majority of their fellow OTCBB brothers. However, even though the delisting "deadline" set by the regulators is JULY 1, they're saying that the SEC comments had to be received 30 days prior. By the way - do you enjoy Merlot also?
