I am told they already have a plan to package off the shell, except that the two lawsuits oustanding (mine and the one from Scintrex) are causing problems. Look at it this way, his 269,000 shares are worth $26,900 and you can be sure the value of a shell is way beyond that. Best thing you and everyone else can do is hang on and vote against.
