Anti-BKS-Ingram bookdealers: "Paranoia will Destroy ya", ditto BNBN,
if they don't understand it, they are against it, hell, the internet and lots of modernization in general has promoted book sales for all these little book dealers, but tell that to some book dealers who read X-Files and the latest Kennedy Conspiracy books while waiting for customers in their little shops, BKS or BNBN could have helped them,
I agree with you post quoting the BKS exec, Heck, if BKS didn't already know most of this stuff, they should never have offered $600M is absolutely right. Question now is, what to do with that cash?

Sometimes I wonder if the FTC puts companies in a bind on mergers,
so that the company is "caught" holding the money long enough for the IRS to come in a declare "constructive dividend" kindly pay income tax, make check payabel to...

So, not to get caught with such a large surplus, they gotta unload it into some investment...where?

I am,
Truly yours,
