ENGINEER/Pituro--Harmonization--What is it?? We've
talked about it extensively, but I don't understand the details of harmonization.
1) Does it likely mean all 3 versions will use the same chip rate. And why is using the same chip rate so important??
2)Is this TTD mode related to AT&T's TDMA in the US?? Is the TDD mode likely to be a dead end, or will it be ongoing.
3) Will this Harmonizing lead easily to Dual/tri mode world phones? Why or why not.
4) Should Q rush to accept this or take their time. It seems like rapid CDMA deployment in JApan will help Q more and more the longer the inplementation is delayed.
5) Does accepting this Harmonozing mean that Q's per phone royalties on 3G phones would be lower??

It sems like someone needs to explain just what we are talking about.
Many or us border on being clueless.
