Jon, Have checked with all I could, so far no Reg S found. Can anyone add to this? I think there was some serious shorting on a 'sell the news' move. I am sure, at this point, that the large group of buyers, I was told about, exist. Supposedly they are beginning to accumulate a very big position FWIW. Fred
