H,
Unfortuantely, the IDTC cc for me, was not one of the more organized cc I have ever heard. But that being said, the quote you provided by one of the analysts, <"HJ's ideas are ingenious and it's time that the marketplace recognizes them">, is the key.
I don't know who that analyst was, or how much influence he carries, but for me, his statement is why I continue to hold this investment. I believe that when Buy and Sell side analysts recognize this statement as true, we will have a huge winner.
Until then, we must put up with a situation where we get only a lot of incomplete data. For instance, how much did it cost us IDTC shareholders to have lower Q3 earnings while we readied NTOP to go public. I would think, the impact on Q3 earnings for the NTOP IPO, was very significant. And while I know there are many benefits that will be derived by us IDT stockholders, from the IPO spin-off, without those benefits being spelled out, we are paying a very hefty price for "keeping the faith". For instance, I would love to know what IDT's cost reductions will be as a result of the NTOP spin-off. Likewise, I would feel much better when the company finally divulges what the anticipated revenues will be from the spin-off. And while I'm at it, I don't like the fact that we don't even know when, or how, we will be privy to this very important information.

FYI, I am very long IDTC stock and continue to be. In fact I bought more June 25 Calls, as recently as this morning and right after the cc. I guess I am a believer, but it sure is frustrating waiting.
Jules
