Maybe I win the bet! Serbs did give-up! I think now is only question of formalities, and save facing for Slobo. I believe disarming the
KLA is the problem. The NATO may convert KLA into a police force that
will maintian the peace. I believe that in the long run Serbs have
lost Kosovo. They will never again get back in force, US will make
sure of that!
