I am sorry that I didn't tape Mr. Walonchuk's message on his phone service. That way I could have recited it verbatim. I DO KNOW he said Samsung was using Valence's batteries, and that the name of the company was used in the article. He mentioned nothing about contracts, however. I guess I erroneously made that assumption.

Thanks to all of you for your digging deeply to reveal fact from fiction.
Can't wait to read the article, which I'll do immediately.
