Talked to Dave Young in IR today

He reiterated the same story I've been hearing, which is that financials will be done within 2 weeks. This is the same story I'd heard from Kelly Kellner approximately 6 weeks ago, so I pressed the issue with Dave.

I asked Dave what assurances I had that they would be filed within 2 weeks and expressed my skepticism in light of Kelly's earlier remarks. He asked me what it would take to satisfy me. He then sarcastically asked if a signed affidavit would do it.

I took him up on his offer, but he said that he would sign something that said that he made the statement. I told him this wasn't good enough, and that I wanted a signed affidavit from somebody authorized to sign for the company, which he made clear he was not. He said that he would talk to Jerry M. about signing the affidavit, then he would call me back.

Well, Dave DID call me back, and said that Jerry said he would NOT SIGN any such affidavit holding the company to ANY time line like this.

I'm tired of the same old song and dance. I'm tired of being fed a story then watching it not happen. I'm tired of seeing my money dwindle down. I'm tired of this company.
