Spoke w MOYC as things seem to be "perking up".
They are getting ready for an Arbitration sched'd for 6/13-6/18 in OK with Dentsply. The arbitrator needs to decide the "meaning" of terms in the agreements that are alleged to have been breached by Dentsply, entitling MOYC to possibly substantial money damages as a result. It also involves, under the agreement infringements by Dentsply not to 1. Promote Tulsa (Moyc) products with Dentsply trade name;
2. Failure to cite their patent # on Dentsply's pdt's & pkging;
3. Not to use Moyc's trade names (in comparative advertising) promoting Dentsply's pdts.

Atty fees: They hope to change the terms from hourly to contingency/hourly and convert some debt to attys to shares.

They are in serious discussions with dental co's.

CMP: Recent news that NANX ended the exclusive supply agreement w EKC (CEM). CEM CEO Kelley Williams sees subst'l rev's from CMP coming in 2d half of '99.
Kelley Williams, ChemFirst Chairman and CEO. ''So, we expect second quarter results to be comparable to first quarter. We expect better results in the second half from increased aniline production and more favorable conditions in the semiconductor industry.''
